1.The row of seats must have status. The positioning methods include slingshot, beads, and standardized clamps, etc., which should be detailed according to various requirements. The row seat must have layering and wear resistance. The layering and wear-resistant plates must be made of wear-resistant materials and increase the oil groove.
2.The surface of the embryo should be maintained to prevent rust or scratches during the production process. Before the mold is packaged, the mold inside should be sprayed with white/colorless anti-rust agent, and the surface of the mold should be rinsed clean, and then buttered.
3.The mold must have no sharp corners, and chamfering is required. Except for specially designated places. The diameter of the positioning ring should match the engineering drawing, and the continuous form and position of the ejector rod should match the engineering drawing.
4.The mold should be equipped with side lockers (straight locks) on the four sides. If you cannot install a side lock, you need to install a cone lock or a cone lock. The conical lock should be installed horizontally.
5. All mold materials and model level requirements must be purchased according to the technical requirements formally confirmed during the order or plan review process. It is necessary to provide proof of material, if it is a hard mold, it must provide a heat treatment report.
6. Ordinary layout molds must be placed with pillars, both ends are flat, small molds require 0.1 mm, and large preloads are 0.1 mm-0.15 mm.
7.The mold embryo guide set needs to process the exhaust groove to prevent the guide belt from growing. Try to avoid using a grinder to grind the mold. If you don’t want to use a grinder for processing, you must use oilstone to save light (especially the base surface). 8. Wear-resistant hard materials must be used for the lifter seat. The inclined roof requires processing oil tanks. The inclined top is usually applied 2510 or cr12 to be hard to hrc40-45 degrees. The inclined roof is subject to the impact load, so it cannot be too hard. Otherwise, it will break and chamfer the corner C at all orthogonal positions.
9.All screws and mold accessories require basic content, and screw heads cannot be sawed. The effective locking length of the screw must be sufficient. In fact, dust explosion is a process in which dust reaches a certain density in the air and reaches above the lower explosion limit. When the ignition source is burned, high temperature is generated. After burning in a limited space, the mixed gas generated rapidly expands, the pressure increases, and the sound is generated.
